What is Microblading?

Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow procedure that is carried out by Daksha who has over 18 years of experience. Microblading is carried out using hand held disposable tool with a blade.

How does it work?

An iron oxide natural pigment is deposited into the dermis of the skin with the disposable microblade which creates bespoke, fine hair strokes which look like natural eyebrow hair. It’s an extremely meticulous process that takes around two hours to complete.  Daksha is a perfectionist and pays so much attention to detail. “The first part of the treatment, she spends drawing the shape in with removable pencil. That’s the most important step, she customizes the perfect  shape for every client. Before the microblading begins, a topical numbing cream Emla is applied to the area to minimize discomfort. If you’re worried that the process is painful, Daksha assures, “some clients may feel a slight discomfort, but it’s relatively painless.

How does it differ from semi permanent make-up?

Microblading differs from conventional semi-permanent tattooing by the very fact that it is a manual procedure. When using a hand held micro blade, the colour is deposited closer to the surface than when a machine is used leaving very fine and crisp hair strokes with no spilling under the skin.

Who can have Microblading?

Microblading is perfect for those who want to fully reconstruct, define, cover gaps, or fill-in over plucked brows, and also those who just want to add a slight arch are also great candidates, and the results are  natural, undetectable

How long does the pigmentation last?

Microblading tends to keep really fresh for about 12-18 months and after this period of time the eyebrows may need a colour boost or refresh.

Does it hurt?

Like all semi-permanent procedures Microblading we apply a topical anaesthetic emla, which makes the  procedure relatively painless.

How much does it cost?

Microblading costs £484 which includes consultation, initial procedure, an after care cream and a refresh colour boost if needed within 3 months.
